Speech and Vision Laboratory (SVL) is a research laboratory in the Language Technologies Research Center (LTRC) at the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIIT-H), India.

• A speech translation system from one Indian language to another
• A system for secure access to information using speech mode
• Biometrics involving speech, image, text and audio-visual information
• Content-based information storage and retrieval
• Development of phonetic engine for Indian languages
