Anandaswarup Vadapalli is a research scholar (PhD Scholar) in the Speech and Vision Lab at IIIT Hyderabad. He has been associated as a research scholar with the lab since 2010.

He was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) by Osmania University in 2005 and a Master of Science degree in Information Technology (Specialization : Language Technologies) from IIIT Hyderabad in 2010. Prior to his MS, he spent 2+ years working in the IT industry as a software programmer.

His research interests are primarily in the field of Text-to-Speech synthesis.

In his free time he likes reading classics and the occasional blog while listening to classical music.
