Sudarsana Reddy Kadiri received his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
degree in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering
from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad, in the
year 2011. Currently he is pursuing doctoral studies (PhD) in the area
of speech signal processing at Speech and Vision Laboratory,
International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIIT-H)
under the supervision of Prof. B. Yegnanarayana. Prior to joining PhD,
he was an MS research scholar at the same place where he worked on the
topics of emotional speech analysis and recognition. His areas of
interest include: Signal processing, Speech analysis and synthesis,
Behavioral and Expressive speech processing, Speech perception and
Neural networks. Presently his focus is on the extraction of
voice/excitation source features directly from the speech signal and its
usefulness in expressive speech processing. During this
period he has also worked as teaching assistant for various courses at
the institute. He holds a prestigious TCS PhD fellowship. | |||
