Abstract:
In this paper we deal with the development of a speech to speech system for tourism and emergency services in Indian languages.We discuss the development of the the speech synthesis (TTS), speech recognition (ASR) and machine translation (MT) subsystems of the speech to speech system.We also describe the evaluation of the system and present the results of the evaluation.
